Why this recruitment?
Biom InnoV aims to become a global leader in crop protection with a new generation of biocontrol solutions. What sets its approach apart is a fresh perspective on crop protection that takes the holobiont into account. Biom InnoV’s expertise lies in plant selection, identification of active molecules, elucidation of modes of action, development of turnkey usage recommendations, and securing market authorization. Two formulated products—one applied as a foliar spray, the other as a seed treatment—are currently under development, with market launch planned for 2030.
Our 2025-2027 roadmap
- Q4 2026: Series A fundraising (~€4M) to support the development of two products in Europe, the US, LATAM and Asia, and the discovery of new active compounds
- Q3 2029: Series B fundraising (~€8M) to support industrialization and go-to-market efforts

- Engage with major industry players as well as cooperative and innovative networks
- Be active in the field (trade shows, demo sites, networks) to represent Biom InnoV and build brand awareness
4. Structuring and coordination
- Set up tools to monitor and manage commercial performance
- Coordinate marketing, sales, and customer-related efforts, in close collaboration with the CEO and CFO
- Directly manage certain marketing and commercial functions (especially key accounts)
