Une journ\u00e9e avec un technico-commercial de coop\u00e9rative diff\u00e9rent.<br>L\u2019objectif \u00e9tant d\u2019avoir plusieurs visions, m\u00e9thodes de travail et ainsi capter les similitudes et les diff\u00e9rences.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leur objectif ? S\u2019impr\u00e9gner de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 du m\u00e9tier, identifier les probl\u00e9matiques du quotidien, et faire \u00e9merger des pistes d\u2019innovation concr\u00e8tes pour am\u00e9liorer la relation client, le conseil, et la performance technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\"><summary>*<em>Technico-commercial ou <strong>\u201ctechnico\u201d<\/strong> &#8211; d\u00e9finition  <\/em><br><\/summary>\n<p>Il j<em>oue un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le lien entre la coop\u00e9rative et ses adh\u00e9rents agriculteurs. \u00c0 la crois\u00e9e des chemins entre <strong>expertise technique<\/strong> And <strong>comp\u00e9tences commerciales<\/strong>, ses missions sont multiples :<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><em><strong>Conseiller les agriculteurs<\/strong> sur les produits et solutions (semences, fertilisants, produits phytos, alimentation animale, \u00e9quipements\u2026) en fonction de leurs besoins sp\u00e9cifiques, de leur sol et de leurs objectifs.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Vendre les produits ou services<\/strong> de la coop\u00e9rative, tout en d\u00e9fendant une logique de conseil plut\u00f4t que de volume pur.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Faire remonter les besoins du terrain<\/strong> \u00e0 la coop\u00e9rative pour adapter l\u2019offre et contribuer \u00e0 l\u2019innovation locale.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Participer \u00e0 la fid\u00e9lisation des adh\u00e9rents<\/strong>, en cr\u00e9ant une relation de confiance durable.<\/em><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><em><strong>Assurer un suivi r\u00e9gulier des exploitations<\/strong>, avec des visites terrain pour observer, analyser, et proposer des am\u00e9liorations ou des ajustements techniques.<\/em><br><br>\ud83d\udc68\u200d\ud83c\udf3e <em>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le technico-commercial est <strong>l\u2019interface de proximit\u00e9<\/strong> entre la coop\u00e9rative et ses adh\u00e9rents, garantissant \u00e0 la fois la <strong>performance agronomique<\/strong> And <strong>la satisfaction des agriculteurs<\/strong>.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/details>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Interview crois\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udfa4 Pourquoi cette immersion ?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Chez Agrilife Studio, nous explorons la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un outil d\u2019aide \u00e0 la d\u00e9cision (OAD) d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux technico-commerciaux. L\u2019objectif ? Leur faire gagner du temps, renforcer leur expertise, et leur permettre de se concentrer davantage sur la relation de confiance avec les agriculteurs\u2026 Mais chut, on ne vous en dit pas plus pour le moment !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour assurer le succ\u00e8s de toute technologie, il est essentiel d\u2019identifier et de d\u00e9passer les freins \u00e0 son adoption. Dans le secteur des technologies agricoles, une innovation ne touche pas directement l\u2019agriculteur : elle doit d\u2019abord franchir une cha\u00eene d\u2019interm\u00e9diaires \u2014 distributeurs, prescripteurs, conseillers \u2014 qui jouent un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans sa diffusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019agriculteur reste bien s\u00fbr l\u2019utilisateur final. Mais pour que la technologie ait un r\u00e9el impact, elle doit d\u2019abord \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9e et valoris\u00e9e par ces acteurs du terrain, que ce soit en l\u2019ajoutant \u00e0 leur offre ou en la recommandant comme un outil fiable et pertinent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, pour atteindre sa cible, une technologie agricole doit cr\u00e9er de la valeur \u00e0 chaque maillon de cette \u00ab\u00a0cha\u00eene d\u2019adoption\u00a0\u00bb. Sinon, elle risque de rester sur le bord du chemin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anthony<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In <strong>Agrilife Studio<\/strong>, on a un mantra : <strong>partir du besoin r\u00e9el<\/strong>.<br>Pas de solution magique sortie d\u2019un PowerPoint. Pas d\u2019innovation hors-sol. On commence toujours par le terrain. \u00c7a peut para\u00eetre simpliste dit comme \u00e7a, mais c\u2019est un point de bascule : sans \u00e7a, pas de go-to-market solide. On l\u2019a vu trop souvent : des start-ups pleines de promesses, mais \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des vraies attentes, qui finissent par s\u2019essouffler avant m\u00eame d\u2019avoir d\u00e9coll\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors quand un besoin a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9merger dans nos \u00e9changes, on a voulu aller au bout de la d\u00e9marche.<br><strong>Direction une coop\u00e9rative agricole<\/strong>, pour vivre une journ\u00e9e dans la peau d\u2019un <strong>technico-commercial<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\ud83c\udfaf L\u2019objectif \u00e9tait simple :<br>\ud83d\udc49 <em>Au mieux<\/em>, on touchait du doigt une id\u00e9e forte, celle qui r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un vrai manque terrain.<br>\ud83d\udc49 <em>Au pire<\/em>, on repartait avec de la mati\u00e8re, des ressentis, et des infos pr\u00e9cieuses pour mieux comprendre l\u2019\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spoiler alert<\/strong> : on a fait d\u2019une pierre deux coups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geoffrey<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019immersion nous a permis de comprendre concr\u00e8tement le quotidien des techniciens commerciaux\u202f: leurs d\u00e9placements, leurs \u00e9changes et les d\u00e9fis qu\u2019ils rencontrent sur le terrain. Se confronter directement \u00e0 leur environnement de travail est essentiel pour comprendre la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 de leur m\u00e9tier.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\udc40 What did you observe that stood out?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Louis<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They play a wide range of roles: they are technicians, advisers, salespeople and sometimes confidants to farmers. Their involvement with farms ranges from a simple need for reassurance to a quasi-associate role. However, between the succession of visits, the constant evolution of products, agronomic advances and regulatory instability, technical experts lack the time to develop their practices and often stick to fixed recommendations that are reassuring for them and for the farmer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geoffrey<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What struck me was the wealth of knowledge and expertise of the technical staff: they know their customers, the products and the specific features of each plot inside out. However, much of this information remains in their heads or in notebooks, which makes it difficult to capitalise on and pass on. All of this eats into the time they could be spending on genuine advice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I'm not sure if it's my experience or if it's the case for all technical people, but I've found that they have a multitude of digital tools that make management and monitoring more complex. I thought they had a single monitoring tool that brought everything together... well, no.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Louis<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then there's the real issue of transmission and sharing: they have experience, but few tools to structure it, share it and grow it collectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83d\ude80 What solutions can you imagine following this immersion?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Geoffrey<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The immersion confirmed several areas for improvement: we are thinking about tools to structure and centralise knowledge, simplify the management of day-to-day tasks and make better use of the often informal expertise of technicians. The aim is to save them time, make monitoring more reliable and improve the quality of advice, while promoting their know-how to farmers and the cooperative.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Anthony<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We're also thinking about the <strong>increase in expertise<\/strong>, not replacement. How can a technician, in 30 seconds, find the right agronomic levers to suggest to a customer, or visualise a change in their practices?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What I've learnt is that farmers are generally very close to their advisers and that they particularly appreciate the answers and advice they get. Not much to complain about. On the other hand, I'm convinced that the technician could gain in speed, availability and expertise if he were accompanied by a mini pocket technician nicked from AI. I've realised that - contrary to what we see in the tertiary sector - technicians are not very keen users of AI and AI-based search solutions. It's a shame really.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\ud83c\udf31 What's next for Agrilife Studio?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Louis<\/strong> :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our vision is taking shape and strong initial convictions have emerged. But this immersion was only the first step. Now we're continuing our study with other profiles, other cooperatives, but always close to the ground, because that's where the key lessons lie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u270d\ufe0f Conclusion<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Comprendre avant d\u2019innover.
